You should take one day at a time. You should focus on what is happening currently and not focus on what will happen in 1 year, 2 years, or 10 years. Take your fear one by one. Live in the moment and this way you can undergo the chemo session without any difficulty.

  • Focus on breathing

Focus on breathing and this way you can manage the things when you are feeling panicked or nervous. Breathe in and Breathe out. Do not think of anything else.

  • Keep in mind what you are grateful for

You need to find at least one thing each day which you are most grateful for. It can be the smallest thing, it does not matter. You made some funny jokes or spent quality time with your children. This way it can help you remind why you need to fight with cancer. This way it will keep your fear away and you can undergo the treatment without any difficulty.
